The new 2022 F-350 is part of the incredible Super Duty lineup. With the F-350, you have the ability to choose the amount of power you need. There are three different engines to choose from. First, we have the standard 6.2L flex-fuel gas V8 engine which offers plenty of power. Next is the available 7.3L gas V8 engine. Finally, for 475 horsepower at 1,600 rpm and the available 1,050 lb.-ft. of torque, you can choose the incredible 6.7L Power Stroke V8 Turbo Diesel engine. To add to the F-350’s excellent performance, it has a standard TorqShift G 10-Speed Automatic transmission. With this transmission, you can take on any terrain thanks to its five drive modes including Normal, Slippery, Tow/Haul, Eco, and Deep Sand/Snow.

Phenomenal Capability

When it comes to both gas and diesel, the 2022 Ford F-350 has a best-in-class conventional towing rating. The gas engines give it a towing rating of 21,000 pounds, which is more than enough for many drivers. For heavy-duty jobs, the diesel engine can get the job done by providing a max towing rating of 24,200 pounds. That’s not all, the F-350 takes it up a notch when you hitch it up. It has a max 32,500-pound 5th-wheel tow rating or a 37,000-pound gooseneck tow rating. Payload is another important component when it comes to those big jobs. Once again, the F-350 does not disappoint. It offers a max payload rating of 7,580 pounds.
